Three Trains Partners runs a dedicated equity management platform that raises private equity funds and strategically invests in institutional-grade, value-add, multifamily projects, commercial land banking, and hotel development deals.
The multifamily portfolio includes 1672 units and $436+M in assets under management (AUM). They are General Partners of funds that have invested $41+ M in land banking projects in the West Valley, AZ and a $276+M hotel development project in Miami Beach, Florida. Additionally, Alanna & Eli have investments in single-family, multi-family, commercial and industrial projects in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Florida.
Alanna is a real estate investor, practicing physician and managing partner at Orangetown Pediatric Associates. She received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, her M.A. from Boston University, and her M.D. from Sackler School of Medicine.
