Three Trains Partners offers a dedicated equity management platform that delivers an institutional investing experience to retail investors. Non-operational by design, we are agnostic to asset class or location. Instead, we focus on strategic investments alongside hyper-specific operational partners to deliver outsized relative value above the risk-free rate of US treasuries.

Alanna is a real estate investor, practicing physician and managing partner at Orangetown Pediatric Associates. She received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, her M.A. from Boston University, and her M.D. from Sackler School of Medicine.

Eli is a full-time real estate investor. He received a B.A. with honors in history from Cornell University.

The Three Trains Partners multifamily portfolio includes 1672 units and $436+M in assets under management (AUM). They are General Partners of funds that have invested $79+ M in land banking projects in the West Valley, AZ and a $276+M hotel development project in Miami Beach, Florida. Additionally, Alanna & Eli have investments in single-family, multi-family, commercial and industrial projects in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Florida.
